The regular working
hours for live-in workers must not exceed 10 consecutive working hours
daily

Weekly schedule must
not exceed a maximum of 55 working hours.

For live-out
workers, maximum of 8 hrs/day and shall not exceed 48 hrs/week

Working at night as
assistants to elderly, children, the ill, and invalids is allowed

Guaranteed wages
(depends on the negotiation between the employer and employee but should
not be lower than the minimum standard)

overtime work

25% if effected
between 6am
and 10pm

50% if effected
between 10pm

Sunday or any of the holidays recognized by legislation
