Standard for Training, Certification and Watchkeeping (STCW)

certification system that is compliant with the present
international regulations.

Maritime Training Council (MTC) is responsible for giving full

Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping (STCW), as

timely and efficient processing of the seafarers’ employment
documents.
