PROCEDURE:
Step 1:
Submit application and complete documentary requirements to the
Officer of the Day at the Counter for evaluation.
Step 2: Upon
confirmation on the completion of submitted documents, get Order
of Payment for Filing Fee of PhP10,000.00 at the POEA Cashier, 5th
Floor.
Step 3:
Present Official Receipt of payment to evaluator for the
schedule of Panel Interview.
Step 4:
Attend Panel Interview.
Step 5:
After receipt of notice of approval of application, pay License
Fee of PhP50,000.00 to the POEA Cashier, 5th Floor.
Step 6:
Present Official Receipt as proof of payment and get License
