Ano ang POEA e-Registration System?

Ito ay ang alternatibo at mabilis na paraan sa pamamagitan ng Internet upang makapagparehistro sa POEA Manpower Registry para sa pag-a-apply ng trabaho sa ibang bansa.

Sino ang puwedeng magparehistro sa online registration ng POEA?

Ang lahat ng mga aplikanteng nagnanais magtrabaho sa ibang bansa na taglay ang mga sumusunod na general qualifications :

hindi bababa sa 18 taong gulang
hindi bababa sa high school graduate
dalawa (2) o higit pang taong karanasan sa nais pasukang trabaho
walang sakit o legal na balakid upang makapagtrabaho sa ibang bansa.

Ang iba pang mga natatanging kwalipikasyon ay nag-iiba batay sa hinihingi ng mga dayuhang employer at ng bansang pupuntahan. Ang iba pang impormasyon ukol dito ay makikita sa on-line registration.

Sino ang hindi puwedeng magparehistro?

Kung ang aplikante ay:

may sakit na hindi tinatanggap para magtrabaho sa ibang bansa
may mga derogatory at criminal records
may pagbabawal na lumabas o umalis ng bansa

Ano ang mga kakailanganin upang makagamit ng online registration system?

Ang aplikante ay nararapat na may active personal e-mail address, user name at password para masimulang magamit ang naturang sistema. Ang mga personal na impormasyon gaya ng tirahan, numero ng telepono, detalye ng pasaporte, lugar at petsa ng kapanganakan, natapos na pinag-aralan, mga lisensya mula sa Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) para sa mga propesyonal, katibayan ng mga pinagtrabahuhan at mga kasanayan, bansang nais puntahan, posisyon na gustong pasukan ay dapat din ilagay ng aplikante.

Lahat ng impormasyon na ilalagay ng aplikante sa online registration system ay nararapat na totoo at tama. Anumang panloloko o pagbibigay nang di tamang impormasyon ay magiging dahilan upang maalis ang pangalan sa naturang sistema.

Ang lahat ng dokumento, papeles o katibayan ng mga impomasyon na inilagay sa online registration ay dapat nasa pag-aari ng aplikante at maaring ma-verify anumang oras na siya ay mapili ng employer.

Panatilihing aktibo ang e-mail address o numero ng telepono kung saan maaaring tawagan ang aplikante, kung kinakailangan.

Saan maaaring magparehistro?

Sinumang aplikante ay maaaring magrehistro online sa pamamagitan ng internet facility at pag log-in sa POEA website na: www.poea.gov.ph o diretso sa www.eregister.poea.gov.ph.

Samantala, ang mga Household Service Workers (HSWs) ay maaaring magparehistro sa lahat ng tanggapan ng POEA at Public Employment Service Office (PESO) na may online registration facility.

Gaano katagal ang bisa ng application sa online registration?

Ang online registration ay valid o may bisa sa loob ng anim (6) na buwan. Ito ay may automatic extension ng anim (6) na buwan mula sa huling pagbisita ng personal profile o pag log-in sa POEA website.

Kailan dapat i-update ang profile?

Ang profile ay dapat i-update kung:

a. may pagbabago sa contact details gaya ng tirahan, email o telepono

b. may mga karagdagang kasanayan o pinagtrabahuhan

c. napili na o natanggap sa ibang trabaho.

Paano i-reactivate ang expired registration?

Lahat ng aplikante na narehistro sa lumang sistema at muling interesado na maging active ang application sa POEA Manpower Registry ay kailangang muling magrehistro sa bagong online registration system.

Lahat ng nag-expire na registration ay maaaring i-reactivate sa pamamagitan nang muling pag log-in sa POEA website o sa tuwing pagbisita sa personal profile tuwing ika-anim (6) na buwan.

Magkano ang gastos sa pagpaparehistro sa bagong sistema?

Ang pagpaparehistro sa POEA online registration system ay LIBRE.

Anu-ano ang mga kakailanganin kapag ang aplikante ay napili ng employer?

Ang lahat ng mga napiling aplikante ay aabisuhan sa pamamagitan ng ibinigay na e-mail address o telepono. Kinakailangang isumite ng aplikante ang lahat ng orihinal at magbigay ng photocopies ng mga sumusunod na dokumento para sa verification:

valid passport
school credentials (high school/college diploma, transcript of records)
training certificates, if any
skills certification, if any
board certificate/board rating
employment certificate/s (at least 2 years in 1 position)
authenticated birth certificate, with NSO receipt
valid medical certificate
valid PRC card, for professionals
valid NBI clearance
OMA certificate for Muslim applicants
2 x 2 colored picture (6 pcs for MOH-KSA applicants)

Who may register for the on-line registration system of the POEA?

All overseas job applicants with the following qualifications may register:

at least 18 years old
at least high school graduate
with minimum work experience of two (2) years; and
no medical or legal impediments to disqualify the applicant from overseas employment.

Other specific qualification requirements, which are posted and readily available in the on-line registration system, may vary for each foreign employer and host country.

Who are disqualified to register?

those who are medically unfit for overseas employment
those with derogatory and criminal records; and
those banned from leaving the country.

What are the requirements for the on-line registration system?

Applicants must have their active individual e-mail account. They must be ready with their user name and password for accessing the on-line registration system and basic personal information such as home address, valid contact number, passport details, place and date of birth, scholastic data, PRC card numbers for professionals, certification number for certified workers, work and training certificates, country and position applied for.

Applicants must provide only true and correct information required by the system. Any misrepresentation therein shall be a ground for disqualification from the registry.

Documentary proof on education, training, work experience and personal circumstances declared during the on-line registration must be ready for presentation and validation once applicant is pre-selected for pre-screening and interview by the employer.

Applicants must indicate their active e-mail address and/or contact number/s to facilitate immediate notification, as may be necessary.

Where to Register?

Applicants may register on-line through any internet facility at www.poea.gov.ph. However, duly certified Household Service Workers (HSWs) may opt to register at all POEA and PESO with on-line registration facilities.

How long is the validity of the registration?

Registration shall be valid for a period of six (6) months. Registration of profiles which have been visited within the validity period shall be automatically extended to another six (6) months validity from date of last visit.

When to update the profiles?

Profiles shall be updated by the applicants through the on-line registration system on the following as may be necessary:

change of address / contact numbers
additional training and/or work experience
if already selected / hired for employment

How to activate expired registration?

Applicants registered under the old registration system and who are interested to stay in the POEA manpower registry must register under the new-on-line registration system.

Expired registration may be reactivated through the on-line registration system by accessing the applicant’s profile.

How is the cost of registration?

Registration is absolutely FREE OF CHARGE.

What are the requirements for pre-selected registered applicants?

Pre-selected applicants (those identified from the registry for pre-screening and/or personal interview by employer) shall be notified through their registered e-mail accounts or contact numbers, and shall be required to present the original and submit photocopies of the following documents for verification:

Self-made bio-data/resume with detailed job description
valid passport
school credentials (high school/college diploma, transcript of records)
training certificates, if any
skills certification, if any
board certificate/board rating
employment certificate/s (at least 2 years in 1 position)
