Certificate of Proficiency from National Assessment Center (NAC)

Certificate of Competency from TESDA (as applicable)

Certificate of Competency from PRC for Officers (as applicable)
Note:
Principal and Vessel should not be accredited/enrolled to any
local agent. Name-Hire request should not exceed
five (5) seafarers per employer.
PROCEDURE
Step 1:
Submit complete documents to the Evaluator at counter 1.
Step 2: Go
to the releasing counter for the release of encoded documents.
Step 3: Pay
corresponding fees to the Cashier and get e-receipt/exit
clearance.
